Discord-style live voice and persistent text chat for your team. Voice channels per team so reps can dial together, ride along on close calls, or get on-the-fly coaching from a manager.

Leaderboard

Per-team rankings by issued premium with daily / weekly / monthly toggle. Each rep gets a customizable card with photo, handle, real revenue, and policy count.

  • Photo + nickname customizable in /settings, live preview as you type

Coaching

Manager view. Pick a rep, get a real per-rep scorecard pulled from their pipeline plus a Claude-written weekly coaching brief. Three sections: what's working, what's leaking, what to do this week.
