FAQ

How does the team-code discount work?

When a manager signs up they get a 6-character team code visible in their topbar. Producers entering that code at signup join the team automatically and pay $29/seat/month instead of $49 — saving about $20 per seat for the life of the subscription. Codes are unlimited; share with the whole team. Everyone gets the 7-day free trial first.

Do I have to enter a card during the trial?

Yes. Stripe collects payment information during the 7-day free trial but doesn't charge it until day 8. You can cancel anytime before then in your Stripe Customer Portal (linked from /billing) and you won't be charged a cent.

What happens after the trial ends?

You're charged the standard $49/seat/month rate — or $29/seat/month if you signed up with a team code. We send a reminder email 24 hours before the first charge.

Does the manager pay for everyone?

No — every seat is its own subscription. Reps pay for themselves (with the team code discount). The manager pays for the manager seat only. If you'd rather have the agency cover all seats on one invoice, that's the Agency plan — talk to sales.

What counts as a seat?

One seat = one producer with full access. Pipeline, Campfire, Leaderboard, Coaching, all of it. There are no read-only or admin-only seat types — everyone in the team is a full Wrangler user.

When do I need the Agency plan?

Once you're running 10+ producers and want consolidated billing (one invoice instead of 10), an onboarding call, and a dedicated support channel. We move your team to Agency without any data migration — pipeline, leads, recordings, leaderboard history all carry over.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

CSV export is on every chart and table. Full database export available via Supabase if you bring your own project. We never lock your data in.
