User Agreement

Last updated · May 14, 2026

What this is

This User Agreement covers how individual reps use Wrangler OS, in addition to the Terms of Service (which governs the relationship between Grid Theory and the agency / paying customer). Anything specific to you as a user — your conduct, your data, your team chat behavior, your producer credentials — lives here.

Your producer credentials

You must hold a valid insurance producer license in at least one U.S. state and provide your accurate National Producer Number (NPN) at signup. Wrangler may verify your NPN against the NIPR national producer database.

If automated verification can’t confirm your NPN, your account moves to a manual reviewqueue. You’ll keep full platform access during review; we’ll reach out by email if we need additional documentation. NPN verification results are between you and Wrangler — we do not share them with your agency owner.

Your conduct

  • You will only use Wrangler in connection with lawful insurance sales activity in jurisdictions where you’re licensed.
  • You will only contact leads you have lawful consent to contact under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, the state of your or the prospect’s residence, and any other applicable rule.
  • You will not share your Wrangler login with any other person. Each producer must have their own seat.
  • You will not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to access another team’s data.
  • You will not harass, threaten, or impersonate other reps in Campfire (team chat + DMs + voice rooms).

Lead data + ownership

Leads you upload, purchase, or generate inside Wrangler are owned by your agency. If you leave the agency, your leads stay with the agency. You can export every record you personally touched as CSV at any time before your seat is deactivated.

Recordings + voice rooms

Campfire voice rooms may be recorded by your manager for coaching purposes. When you join a recorded room, the room header tells you so explicitly. Recordings are visible only to members of your team plus the platform support team for the purposes of fixing bugs.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for any violation of this Agreement or the Terms of Service. You may close your own account at any time from Settings.

Disputes

If you have a complaint about another user, email support@wrangleros.com. If you have a billing dispute, contact your agency owner — individual reps don’t typically hold the payment instrument on file.

Changes to this agreement

We’ll email you at least 30 days before any material change. Continuing to use Wrangler after the effective date counts as acceptance. The current version always lives at this URL.
